Metrosexual Follow-up

Will have to agree with comments stated below.  There are defintely negative connotations to the term, and although it is supposed to be something that is positive, it is definitely not conveyed that way – I feel like the suffix of “sexual” on the tail end just brings about a bad vibe.

And honestly, I think its people who don’t have a sense of style who put a label on those that do.  And then, because it sounds close to “homosexual,” its almost a pun on those for whom it is used.   The only time I have condoned the term is by the purchase of a book (which is actually pretty good, may want to check it out) called “The Metrosexual’s Guide to Style.”  Only there will I accept the term, because essentially it talks about dressing well, getting ladies, etc in a manshion type way.

So how about those of you who can’t dress leave your pouting at home, and just use some of the terms the editor talked about below.  Thanks.
