Manshion Plus: A Grim Winter for a Slim Summer

So it’s October and you’re starting to break out the fall/winter-appropriate-wear. Seems as if a long, torturous summer of tanks and tees is finally over. Now time to cover up and forget the extra bulk you may possibly put on during the cold harsh winter. WRONG!!!!

This is the perfect time to start a strict regiment and workout plan. Just imagine, seven months from now instead of sweltering in the heat with those cover up layers we’re all used to, you can actually break out the tight “man tees” and even sport a chiseled chest.

Now, it won’t be easy and to lose weight and tone up the correct way takes time, patience and persistence. But, in case you’re like me and want rapidly visible effects, here are a few tips to keep in mind.

Work Out

Most people suggest going to the gym anywhere from 3 to 4 times a week. By taking breaks in between gym days, you’re allowing you muscles to relax, rebuild and strengthen before tearing them to shreds again. But what most people fail to state is that if your goal is to lose weight, you can hit the gym as much as you need. Try going to the gym everyday (even if just for 20 minutes) and focus on cardio. Running, biking, step-master (not my personal preference) etc. These exercises, although tiring, focus more on your heart rate and metabolism rather than strictly strengthening your muscles. You can never do too much fat burning exercises in one week.

Hydrate

Cut out any other liquid from your diet except water. This includes all the favs: soda, juice, beer, and my biggest vice…RED BULL!!! If you want to see rapid results stick to the agua. Try flavored waters with no sugar additives or even seltzers, sparkling water and club soda. These will prove to be your new indulges after tasting the bland nothingness of water everyday.

10 “Super Foods”

Most people have heard of the “10 Super Foods” used to help weight loss as well as lowering cholesterol, blood pressure and promote digestive health. By supplementing some of these foods into your daily diet, you can help increase your rate of loss drastically. Because of different lists, I have taken the 10 foods that are most named on a numerous of listings:

  1. Acai
  2. Barley
  3. Sprouts
  4. Wheat grass or buckwheat
  5. Beans
  6. Green Tea
  7. Cayenne or other hot peppers
  8. Garlic
  9. Alfalfa
  10. Soy

If you’re risky, there is a pill that contains each one of these ingredients that promotes weight loss: Orovo.

These are just a few of the many ways to lose weight quicker and the steps that I have personally been using. Since my first Manshion Plus article, July 31, I have lost a total of 25 lbs. Imagine what you could accomplish in just a few months. Summer is waiting for all the BG’s out there.
